VALERIE will help advisers to access information from European and national projects that is relevant to their key areas of interest.
VALERIE focuses on six themes in agriculture and forestry and in ten case studies will trial a model for co-innovation involving practitioners (farmers, forestry managers etc.), advisers and VALERIE project researchers to access relevant information that addresses the key challenges identified by the case study participants. The ultimate goal is the creation of an “ask-Valerie.eu” search tool that will help practitioners and advisers to access information that is directly relevant to their specific circumstances and challenges. The tool will also help put advisers in touch with pioneering farmers/foresters and researchers in the natural (agricultural science and forestry science) and social sciences who are active in addressing key challenges within the industries that relate to VALERIE themes.
